What we collect

Demo, contact and enrolment forms collect a parent’s name, country code, mobile number, email, child’s class, board, subject interest, preferred demo slot and learning goal. Payment records store Razorpay order and payment identifiers after checkout. Class accounts later store attendance, practice results and teacher notes.

How we use it

We use this information to schedule demos, answer enquiries, verify payments, deliver classes, send progress notes and improve teaching quality. We do not sell personal data. Marketing messages are sent only with consent and can be stopped at any time.

Storage and access

Data is stored on secured servers in India where feasible. Access is limited to academic and support staff who need it. Write to hello@mystudify.com to review or delete a family account.
